Workshops for Private Banking Advisors: Law, Relationships and Practice

In May, together with Mindspective, we conducted a series of four legal and business workshops for Private Banking advisors across Poland. The sessions were practical and interactive, focusing on the real challenges advisors face in their day-to-day work.

A Practical Approach to Law and Client Relationships

During the workshops, we discussed how to minimize legal and reputational risks when offering financial products. We explained why AML regulations are crucial both from the perspective of the bank and the advisor, and how to apply them in client interactions. We also addressed the topic of succession – encouraging advisors to initiate conversations with clients on this often overlooked, yet critical issue. Participants were introduced to key legal instruments and solutions essential for effective wealth transfer.

Soft skills also played an important role – we focused on assertiveness and boundary-setting in difficult client conversations, and demonstrated how emotional intelligence can be a powerful tool for adapting to changing conditions and client needs.

Practice and Exchange of Ideas

Our workshops go far beyond theory – we prioritize practice and real-life application. Exercises and case studies were tailored to participants’ needs, ensuring full engagement and genuine added value. We talked, listened, and practiced together.

The next step is to collect and share feedback from the workshops – to support effective management and a deeper understanding of advisors’ needs within their organizations.

Feedback That Matters

The greatest success for us lies in participants’ words, which confirm the value of our approach:

  • “Very professional training”
  • “Excellent preparation, expertise, and attentive listening to participants”
  • “Professionalism and great approach to conversation”
  • “Trainers’ expertise is very high”
  • “Outstanding engagement of the trainers”

Thank You for Your Trust!

We sincerely thank all workshop participants for their openness, energy, and engagement. We also thank the Mindspective team for the collaboration that allowed us to create a space for meaningful exchange of knowledge and experience.

With such partners and participants, every initiative has the potential to bring real change – thank you for building it with us!
