When Joanna joined us in 2017, she quickly realized that her ambitions reached far beyond solving day-to-day legal issues. She was looking for challenges in a more complex and demanding field. Today, as Head of the Financial Institutions Department, Joanna:
- provides comprehensive regulatory and transactional advice to banks, factoring companies, and other key market players,
- successfully leads compliance projects in response to legal changes (including AML and payment services),
- designs and implements the structures of complex financing transactions, creating advanced legal documentation to support them.
