She has many years of experience providing legal services to one of the largest TFIs in Poland, which gives her a unique practical perspective in addressing complex challenges within the financial sector;
Aleksandra advises on the establishment and operation of various types of investment funds (FIO, SFIO, FIZ), proceedings before supervisory authorities, outsourcing of services in the financial sector, compliance, and personal data protection in financial institutions;
she has participated in numerous projects, supporting interdisciplinary teams in developing new investment products and technological solutions;
she has been responsible for aligning the operations of financial entities with dynamically changing legal regulations;
Aleksandra combines her legal expertise with legal design and design thinking methodologies, creating legal solutions that are not only compliant but also intuitive and business-effective.
