- Specializes in civil law, corporate law, and capital markets law;
- managed numerous transactional projects, including those involving regulated entities, foreign structures, and investment funds;
- advised financial institutions on matters such as internal regulatory compliance (MiFID II, PRIIP, AML), proceedings before authorities, and expanding operational scopes;
- designed and negotiated innovative venture capital structures involving public funds, ASI/ZASI, and provided ongoing support for their operations;
- provided counsel in merger control processes before the European Commission and the President of UOKiK, including implementing remedial measures;
- supervised legal activities within multidisciplinary projects, coordinating legal and business teams comprising several dozen members;
- negotiated and reviewed documentation related to obtaining financing and establishing securities;
- participated in the issuance processes of securities (including on regulated markets);
- author and co-author of publications on commercial law and capital markets; co-author of a commentary on the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
Education:
- Graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań;
- graduate of Finance and Accounting at the Faculty of Management, Poznań University of Economics and Business;
- PhD in Law (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań) – dissertation: “Performance of Contracts Concluded in Organized Trading of Financial Instruments”;
- admitted to the Bar as an attorney-at-law.
