She has over a decade of experience providing legal services to financial institutions managing assets, including legal support for an investment fund management company, in the scope of:

• Legal support for the company’s day-to-day operations and its statutory bodies;
• Legal advice on the operation of investment funds and related pension products (IKE, IKZE, PPE, PPK), relations with fund participants, as well as mandatory fund documentation;
• Legal support in projects concerning the company’s product offerings and regulatory projects, including the implementation of European regulations such as GDPR, FATCA/CRS, AML, SFDR, ESG regulations, and DORA;
• Representing the management company and funds in administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and in non-contentious proceedings related to the investment fund register;
• Regular monitoring of legal changes and reporting to the company’s governing bodies.

Education:

• Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw;
• Completed legal counsel apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań;
• Registered as a legal counsel with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
