- Specializes in New Technologies Law, Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity regulations (NIS2, KSC, EU AI Act);
- participates in the design and development of AI-based systems and advises on their compliance with regulatory requirements;
- participated in the development of an information management system at Deutsche Bank AG, covering data architecture and security procedures;
- advised on the design of communication systems, including legal requirements, data transmission security, and contractual structure;
- provided legal support for a control and security project in an energy sector company, which included implementing risk management procedures and critical infrastructure protection;
- supports organizations in negotiating IT and AI implementation agreements, as well as in projects requiring the settlement of licensing issues and intellectual property rights;
- participates in the execution of comprehensive technological projects in the fields of data processing, technology transfer and critical infrastructure;
- combines legal expertise with practical business experience – previously led a legal team in one of the largest IT companies in Poland.
Education:
- graduate of the University of London, PgCert in Commercial and Corporate Law;
- completed the legal apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Szczecin;
- admitted to the list of practicing attorneys;
- certified Project Manager, ITIL v3, Prince2, and Scrum Product Owner.
