Member of the banking law team and the team handling unauthorized payment transaction matters;
Represents financial institutions in court proceedings, particularly in cases concerning unauthorized payment transactions;
Possesses experience in cases involving substantive and procedural civil law, as well as medical law;
Is interested in banking law, payment services, financial fraud, as well as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations;
Gained previous professional experience in law firms and in the debt management sector.

Education

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź;
Completed postgraduate studies at the University of Łódź in the field of “AML Analyst – Anti-Money Laundering”;
Advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka w Warszawie).
