She has over 10 years of experience in providing ongoing legal services to corporate entities and individual clients in the fields of civil law, commercial law, labour law, and personal data protection.
She represents clients in court proceedings, commercial disputes, as well as in matters concerning real estate and construction investments.
She also advises clients in the process of acquiring real estate in Italy, conducts negotiations, and provides ongoing legal support for real estate matters.
On a day-to-day basis, she advises entrepreneurs on drafting and negotiating contracts, prepares legal opinions, and supports management boards in making strategic business decisions.
