- He has extensive experience in providing legal support for capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has advised on fulfilling disclosure obligations and ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles for publicly listed companies, particularly in the financial and energy sectors;
- He has participated in numerous court and arbitration disputes related to conflicts between shareholders of major corporations, including serving as an arbitrator;
- He contributed to the legislative process of several business-related laws, including the Act on Simple Joint-Stock Companies;
- Former member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A.);
- Author of over 100 publications on corporate law, financial market law, and new technologies law, as well as monographs on commercial law. He is also the editor and co-author of a leading commentary on capital market law;
- He has extensive experience in conducting training sessions on corporate law and financial market regulations.

- Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań;
- Scholar at Oxford University, De Paul University in Chicago, the TMC Asser Institute in The Hague, and the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg.
